📱 Device Sales

We offer multiple delivery speeds to suit your needs:

- Delivery Options: Standard, Express, or Super Express

- Couriers Used: Royal Mail, DPD, Gophr

Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.


🔧 Repairs (Outbound Returns)

For repair services, we handle return shipping after the service is completed:

- Delivery Type: Outbound return only

- Courier Service: Our partner delivery network

You’ll receive updates and tracking details once your repaired device is on its way back to you.


🚬 Vape Products

To comply with UK regulations, all vape shipments require age verification upon delivery:

- Delivery Options: Standard or Age-Verified Courier

- Couriers Used: DPD (Age Verification Service) or Parcel2Go

You may be asked to provide valid ID at the time of delivery. Orders without successful age verification will not be delivered and may be returned.


🏙️ Same-Day Delivery (London Only)

We offer same-day courier delivery for eligible orders within London:

- Delivery Type: Courier-only (same-day)

- Couriers Used: Stuart, Gophr, or webhook-integrated local courier

Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before the cut-off time (displayed at checkout). If you’re within the service area, this option will automatically appear at checkout.


ℹ️ Additional Information

- All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

- We do not take responsibility for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

- If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
